Frequently Asked Questions
An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.
You and your team will have one hour to complete the escape room. You’ll need to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to check-in and hear how the game is played.
Yes and no! You’ll be taken into the escape room and there will be a door that you will need to unlock in order to complete the experience. There is always another door that you can use at any point to leave the room, so no worries if you’re a bit claustrophobic!
We often get asked… “Is there an age limit?“
Whilst we don’t have a specific age limit on our rooms, we do recommend the games to ages 13+ due to the complexity of the experiences. Children 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult in the room. This gives them the best chance for success in completing the room. We also have a team member assist them during the entire game from our control room, with hints or clues to help along the way, should they need it.
Children 14-16 must have an adult on site at all times while the game is being played (in one of our waiting areas).
*Please note that under 5 years won’t be charged to play any of the games, but anyone older will as they can contribute and enjoy the experience.
If you need to add more players in even after you’ve booked, no worries! You can just pay for the extra people on the door with your card.
